I started competing in 2019 at the age of 42. At the time I thought it would be a 1 time "bucket list" thing for me. I ended up loving the process and kept competing. I turned pro in 2022 when I won 2 pro cards and 2 overall titles at Masters Nationals. Since then I have won the 2025 IFBB Miami Muscle Beach Pro 45+ and earned 10 top 5 finishes at IFBB pro shows. I am a certified personal trainer as well as an online coach for both competitors as well as lifestyle clients.
