NPC/IFBB Pro posing coach. I work with all male and female divisions. Prior to bodybuilding, I was a professional lacrosse player. I won the 2016 European Championships with Team England and later coached Team Sweden in the 2018 World Championships.

Alex Majd is the kind of coach who turns natural talent into competitive advantage. He took my posing to another level by identifying details most people overlook and strategically refining my strengths while exposing and correcting my weaknesses. What separates Alex is not just his eye for detail but it’s his ability to coach with purpose, precision, and an understanding of what it takes to stand out on stage. He doesn’t simply teach you how to pose but he teaches you how to present your physique as a competitor. Alex is someone you want in your corner. His knowledge, attention to detail, and coaching ability make a real difference. Highly recommended.

Alex is so professional and even more so knowledgeable. He helped me transform my posing all the way to my pro card in fit model, a division with very little posing guidance. He is sooo worth the time and money and will make you much more confident in your presentation!!

A current posing client. Great eye and detail. Very attentive and always on time. Takes his time and really provides grade A service. Not to mention I got best posing award with only 4 days of work with him. That speak for itself. You won’t regret working with him.
