Hi Connor! I love starting out with tissue release, so you can foam roll lats, thoracic spine/segmental extensions. And lacrosse ball to release pec and upper traps! Then move into some mobility work. I find banded 90 degree external rotations work very well, banded serratus wall slide, banded shoulder mobilization, & banded distractions. I hope this helps!

Hi Connor! I always do a few band exercises to really stabilize my shoulders. Here are a few of my favorite -spider walks -external rotation (arm 90 degrees) -internal rotation (arm 90 degrees) I have a great stability program if you are interested 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼
